No starts for delivery over an hour wait, then food came freezing cold and soggy! Was a waste of money and waiting time! Really unfortunate and no updates either! Wouldn’t come back again now!

Ordered and next available stated. 1820. I called at 1900 and they had no idea where the driver was. It then said on this app delivered at 1937 and it was not here. I called again and got told not to listen to the website. Never an issue with food but the delivery service can be very questionable.

Always a tasty meal, portion size is perfect.

Order was over 1hr late

Stopped on a Friday as we passed by Perth, service & food excellent, we had the small, medium & standard fish & chips, all super tasty & crispy batter. My son said it was the best he had tasted & we agreed :)

1 hour late phoned numerous times before got answer said all orders 1 hour late but on its way waited another 40 minutes before got it if we had known it was running late would have cancelled my grandson was starving food was not up to usual high standard very dissatisfied

Delivery was 45 minutes late. When I phoned after 7.25 I was told you were very busy and the delivery might be another 20-30 minutes. That's really not good enough and when I pointed out that we are both diabetics and need to eat regularly the lady said she would see what she could do. Also your online tracking said it was on its way just before 7pm. It obviously wasn't! I do appreciate that you are very busy but you can't accept an order and payment then do nothing until I phoned to ask what was happening! As always the food was great -I am not a new customer! We have lived here for over 30 years and are regular customers .Just recently I had a conversation with Michael chatting about my son James who is in Iowa USA. and my younger son Ed now in Monifieth. Charging £5 to deliver to Young Street and then let us down is just not great! Maybe as a goodwill gesture you could credit the fiver back?! Still best in Perth but the chips tasted reheated. Not sure why. Fish was gorgeous

Pre ordered food at 520 order due for 620, food arrived 635. Would have been better just ordering food when I turned up and wouldn’t have been charged 80p for the order.

It's a absolute disgrace over a hour late and counting had to phone the shop to chase order only excuse was they have been busy no phone call to explain customer service shocking won't be back

Ordered at 17.20pm said delivery would be 18.10pm. Had to phone at 18.50pm to see when delivery would be. Finally arrived at 19.10pm.

Waited over 2 hours for my delivery. When it finally arrived one of the meals was missing. After speaking with the shop on the phone they sent it straight out and were very apologetic

Lovely food as usual from our favourite chippy. Delivery later than requested however I received a phone call explaining why and that food would be freshly made. Thank you once again for excellent customer service.
