Lovely food and service as is normal. Was delivered later however well worth the wait!

Very unfriendly when we collected our order. We were not greeted but every other person was. We ordered large chips but the portion was tiny. The fish was dry and hardly any batter. So upset and disappointed my family were treated so abysmally in my hometown.

lovely fish but I misunderstood the wording of a single and the picture of a single and got no chips.

Ordered for delivery at 6.20 arrived at 7.10 after a phone call to yourself I know it's Saturday and road works but maybe put that deliveries running 30 mins behind because of road issues then people would not phone about orders just saying

I love the Fish and chip shop at craigie, really good quality and service but I tried the on line booking app Moneos and didn't receive a conformation email or text.. So had to pay again at the shop when collecting with was disappointing, will wait and see if I get a refund form Moneos the online booking app. fish and chips were brile though.

I recommend this place to everyone who asks and have done since my grandsons lived in Craigie as babies. They are 21 and 18 now. My fish was lovely but I had to share with my friend as her chicken wad dark and slimy. Chips had lots of bad bits too. Was very embarrassed after bigging up Craigie chippy.
