Meals were amazing as always, very fast delivery

Ordered online and got estimated 45 min until ready. Went to shop to pickup order, on-time. Had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be ready.

Website very easy to use, and I like the 10 minute delivery slots. As usual the quality of the food was spot on.

Food absolutely wonderful and still hot enough to make you go "ooh-ya" delivery was 10 minutes late but we weren't waiting to go anywhere so no real problem, just so looking forward to it

Food was excellent with crispy batter and tasty chips. I particularly like the pineapple fritters. However, delivery was promised to be 30 minutes but it took over an hour. A previous deliver was supposed to take 50 minutes but took over an hour and a half. I don’t mind the delivery time as such but when you set an expectation you really need to get close to it. Despite the long wait the food was still hot & crisp though.

Got confirmation @1711 to say meal delivery at 1740, phone shop at 1800 as no meal,then 1815 got told is on way eventually arrived at 1825,yes 1 HR later for food,had some random female not listening on phone and continued to talk over me yes it was only £24,not a huge order,but a lot of money for me, sadly Michael I won't be using your service again and also you failed to tell delivery driver about note to say door number at the back, haggis was dry and fish was really hard and crunchy,shite service,if you can't handle all the order's then switch machine off

The meal arrived 10-15mins before slot booked, family didn't arrive until time If slot. Meals not the hottest.

This is the beast fish & chip shop in the area. They use fresh fish - not frozen - almost all the time & you can tell the difference! Service is slick & friendly. I cannot fault them.

First time for delivery with excellent service and food was usual excellent standard. Will definitely order again as it was so easy to order on line

Good tasting food Good service in shop Chip portions very small when ordering large. I could see the bottom of the box when we opened it. Not enough for the price. Shame as the food tasted great.
