Meal was lovely, however the delivery time was disappointing albeit told the system was down when l phoned to check where it was an hour and a half wait!

They were so busy the night and running a bit late for food delivery. But they phone to Apologize and let use know so we hadn't thought they forgotten. I appreciate the phone call.. think that goes along way . But to be fair it was only 15 mins late and the food was hot. So worth it and brilliant chippy. One off the best in Perth so it's worth the wait. Staff are friendly . Thanks

Hi I've received a message about the meal I ordered yesterday to provide a review. I selected your 'Chippy' because of the Goggle review and I was not disappointed. Below are my thoughts and opinions. From the way I received the order I can confirm much effort and care was taken to prepare and cook the food sold at your chip shop. The items were fresh and prepared with care and cooked and freshly fried. The batter was light on the fish which I prefer and the oil I requested was selected. The chips were nice chippy chips medium sized perfectly cut with no thin endings and the potato variety used was perfect. The fritters were tasty and the batter was good and also thin. The entire meal was excellently packed and was hot. As for my tastes and opinion I am unsure what fish it was, cod or haddock or another and I could not tell the taste of the former either. I usually prefer a thicker cut of chips but the way you cut them is just as good. I like the fact that you allow customers to choose what quantity of fish and chips to have in the meal and price accordingly, this is excellent and helps prevent waste. In my opinion I've tried many chippies around the country and the best Fish and Chip shop I ate from was in Grimsby near the coast many years ago as the cod was very very fresh and in recent times AJK in Blackburn BB2 1ES is someone who has my full 5 stars. The owner at AJK has operated his small business since mid 1980's and cooks and serves fresh like yourselves. He fries an amazing batter for the cod he sells and selects excellent potatoes for the chips. His cod is slightly thicker and He selects a longer cut and thicker batter. He serves consistently and keeps up to standard. Times are harder for Fish Fryers around the country I wish you the best for the future. See ya!

Great food and friendly service

Ordered online which was straightforward and easy to do. On arrival at the shop ( we went for collection) were greeted by very friendly staff. As we had ordered on line staff were very eager to get our order quicker to satisfy pick up times. Food came out piping hot and was beautifully tasting. Overall a first class chippy we will definitely use again. Well done all.

The app wasn't loading to say my order was confirmed so I called to check , guy was polite told me they had my order and I was the next delivery once the driver came back, 1hr 10mins after that call is when our delivery arrived - which was 50mins after the estimated 5.30pm delivery time. In future I'll just drive into Perth and collect it myself rather than wait on delivery , granted food was piping hot but still an awful wait for delivery.
