Food was around 40 minutes late so wouldn’t order to be delivered again. I called the shop after waiting 30 minutes and they told me my order was just being packaged so not the fault of the delivery driver. We were told that they were very busy when we called to chase it up and as we ordered around 50 minutes prior to delivery time we feel we should have been told that a longer wait was likely.

While the food was tasty the order should have been delivered at 5.30 as ordered on the web site. At £5 for delivery I would have expected it to arrive within minutes of that time. It arrived at 6.05. Of course by then the food was not as hot as it should have been which imparted its quality. I did try phoning to see where the order was but the phone line of the restaurant would not connect.
