Great food as usual but ordered online for collection , after completing payment it gives u a discount of £3 of your next order . U have to fill in your e mail address but it never seems to work. I have tried numerous times . Very disappointing

Delivery was over 50 minutes later than expected delivery time. Food was still hot when it arrived and very good quality but almost two hours from ordering to delivery was disappointing.

Ordered online and got estimated 45 min until ready. Went to shop to pickup order, on-time. Had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be ready.

Website very easy to use, and I like the 10 minute delivery slots. As usual the quality of the food was spot on.

Food absolutely wonderful and still hot enough to make you go "ooh-ya" delivery was 10 minutes late but we weren't waiting to go anywhere so no real problem, just so looking forward to it

Food was excellent with crispy batter and tasty chips. I particularly like the pineapple fritters. However, delivery was promised to be 30 minutes but it took over an hour. A previous deliver was supposed to take 50 minutes but took over an hour and a half. I don’t mind the delivery time as such but when you set an expectation you really need to get close to it. Despite the long wait the food was still hot & crisp though.

Got confirmation @1711 to say meal delivery at 1740, phone shop at 1800 as no meal,then 1815 got told is on way eventually arrived at 1825,yes 1 HR later for food,had some random female not listening on phone and continued to talk over me yes it was only £24,not a huge order,but a lot of money for me, sadly Michael I won't be using your service again and also you failed to tell delivery driver about note to say door number at the back, haggis was dry and fish was really hard and crunchy,shite service,if you can't handle all the order's then switch machine off
